Mike Chapman serves as Vice President of Operations for Silverwater Holdings Group LLC and Director of Silverwater Digital, the company’s full-service marketing and growth-systems division.
Mike oversees operations across the organization and remains personally involved in client relationships, team performance and service delivery. He communicates directly with clients to ensure expectations are understood, concerns are addressed and every engagement reflects the Silverwater Standard.
The Silverwater Standard represents the company’s commitment to responsive communication, careful implementation and genuine white-glove service. It is not an optional upgrade—it is the foundation of every client relationship.
At Silverwater Digital, Mike directs the delivery of premium websites, CRM infrastructure, marketing automation and connected growth systems. He believes businesses should never be handed complicated technology and left to manage it alone. Silverwater Digital remains actively involved, helping clients understand their systems and adapt them as their needs evolve.
Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Union Institute & University in 2012, with a strong academic focus on finance and marketing.
